She never gets on anything and only shreds the raggedy couch I have.

I dont even use the couch and only have the thing around so she can sharpen her claws.
I'm afraid to get rid of it because I dont want her to move on to something else like my nice leather chair.

Looks cold! I know it sounds crazy but I love the cold and the snow, as long as you're dressed for the weather it's not that bad (especially if you have a Samoyed!). But, I can't say that's a pretty view.

Hopefully when you get back you'll have some great tomatoes ready in the garden. I hope the time flies quickly for you. How long before you're back in our wonderful state?

Worth, that canning ring idea is priceless. Mine are taking up space in a drawer and I am always digging through them for the "right" size.

That snow is a fine cheap addition of nitrogen to your garden. AND I am glad it is yours and not mine. You may keep it.

#63 stands for 63 mm an old lid size you can still buy them in tbe solid lids on line.

Avoiding the crowd.
Here I am in the last car to N gate in Seattle.
Everyone goes to the first car tbey come to.
l will walk down a bit and get on tbe last one.
As you can see tbere is only two of us in the car and you dont get knocked down getting on or off.
Plus less chances of sick people.
