Here is how my biggest Hundreds and Thousands are looking now. I had to plant them to the final growing pots couple of weeks ago. Today I had to set up an table and extra light for them. so they do not grow over all the other ones under the light. There will be still a month before I can hang these on the balcony.
Here are the berries. Clicking the picture will open a bigger one.

Here is an update how the Hundreds and Thousands are doing. Only few ripe tomatoes so far, but the plants are full of flowers and buds. If even half of the flowers will set, we will have lot of berries.

The tomatoes are about 5/8" in diameter. The ones I have had so far have been acidic and not sweet at all. We have had cool beginning of summer, so it may have affected on the taste. I'll do the final taste judgement, when I get more ripe ones.

Here's update on the Hundreds and Thousands variety. We have got just few ripe ones so far. If I wait and let them to ripen long enough they are quite sweet. Being so small the skins are quite tough, but I still like them. Two of the baskets have stopped flowering and are full of green berries. These must be determinate since the stems end to cluster of fruit?
I will definately grow these next year and try them in my greenhouse, since season in the balcony may end short.

The best tasting "currant" type I've grown (and continue to grow) is "Spoon". They are as small as a pea, sweet, and a bold, wonderful tomato flavor. They produce like crazy, too, but are not at all early. This variety is the best kept "secret" in tomato growing!!! BTW, I'm open to trades!!! : )

The only source I find on this variety is in England, and they only sell plants. Con anyone part with a few seeds?

Hi nangisha,
It is 23 cm in diameter. I had two plants in one container. The plants grew so tall indoors, that I pruned them and rooted the tops to be planted in the same container as the original. Sari

Last year I started three plants from seeds many months before I could plant them outdoors. I had to cut them to keep them from getting leggy and because I did not want to throw away the tops, I rooted them, to get more plants.
