About Kemerovets, that's probably just a commercial trick, I don't think any tomato could be that cold hady. I hope I'm wrong.

I also do not think that it is that cold hardy but do you think it could withstand up to -2 C for a couple of nights a year?
Do you have any other varieties to recommend and wher to buy them?
