Bully, I am surprised to hear you say that! But I guess being in MI, you get everything all at once in a few month span.

Here in south GA I can possibly get production from late march to the beginning of december. So staggering out the planting makes sense for our area, so you don't wind up with too many (is there such a thing?) at once.

I'll plant all of mine about the last week of April / first week of May. I'll generally pick my first fruit about the 4th of July... give or take a week. Depending on how hot and dry the summer is, I'll have tomatoes until mid October.
I can't wait to pick a tomato from the garden. We had hamburgers last night, and had some store-bought tomatoes. It sounded like I was slicing a styrofoam ball.... tasted like it too.
