On the internet, there are two varieties with variations of that name. One is a striped globe that looks like Tigerella, maybe a bit larger, and one is a striped paste. I was pleased to know I got the paste variety. I have two other striped snack-sized globes this year. We home-can tomatoes, and I prefer dense paste-types for sauces. My loving bride loves big blemish-free globes because they process easily. We agree on a few jars of yellow tomatoes for soups: they don't color the soup but add flavor. Send me a message in a month or so, and I'll mail a few seeds of Martin's. Because I don't know your country's import restrictions it will just be a few in a foil-decorated greeting card. 295 seedlings potted up today, most came through quickly and reasonably even after feed with calcium nitrate on last day of August, a few stragglers and no show from a dozen or 14.

I hope you have a fantastic season! Post lots of pictures, it’s always nice to see tomatoes growing in the Southern Hemisphere during the long winter here .

Thank you Karen, both Polaris and Midnight Sun came through at close to or at 100% and will feature in the photos as long as the local network allows. Every network locally is at 110% capacity or so it seems at times, which is painful when trying to post. Zena's Gift will be spread about this year, with 20 plants up, everyone who wants some will get one or two.. Must make an effort to get Tundra down under soon, along with the last couple of KARMA's, which I think didn't make it. Looking forward to trying some of your new ones when they become available.
