High Pressure Sodium is about 2000 Kelvin, and it still works. I would think you would be ok. Seedlings are forgiving in regard to light spectrum.

Today I ended up getting a T8 48" light. It was 16 bucks at the big box store. The bulbs were 11 bucks and are 6500k daylight with 2900 lumens.
