I'm not familiar with rain gutter grow systems, so I don't know much help I can be. If it was a regular garden, I'd plant them deep if leggy, mulch with straw to reduce soil splash back and be excited to come home to happy plants that got to experience a warm, sunny and occasionally stormy period opposed to sitting in a garage for a week. Hope someone that knows rain gutter grow systems can chime in. Your plants look healthy and happy.

We went from snow the 15/16th and today and all this week in the mid to high 80's.. now that is awful when NOTHING is used to it. people animals or plants.

Well "normal" is our off beat, crazy weather. 2 weeks ago we got snow. Tomorrow its suppose to be 92! I plan on planting out my hardier babies tomorrow morning.
OT, but a happy note, my first iris bloomed for the season! |
