South Austin Harvest
Picked today, June 5, 2018, garden on the short south side of Austin, Tx. Varieties..Black Krim, Blackstone's Cherokee, Early Girl, Stupice, Dr. Carolyn, Jaune Flammee. Also, picked variety Lofthouse "Brad," but failed to make it to the kitchen.

Heat, that tomato looks like the poster child for ISPL. Those are some outstanding green stripes. So ISPL gets my vote.

Donna, I love the area you live in. When we visit, My favorite cafe for supper is T-Bone Toms and my favorite place for breakfast is that small cafe where all the sailboats are. I can't think of the name of it, I just know how to get to it. Unfortunately I haven't been able to visit in the last 2 or 3 years. |

Here is my current progress:
I'm starting off with a flower shot of my Early Detroit (first released in 1909 by D.M. Ferry & Co.). The second photo is of my New Big Dwarf (also released in 1909, but this one from S.M. Isbell & Co.). The third image is of a couple of Dwarf Caitydid fruit. And the final picture is of a truss showing five tiny fruit from my Sunrise Bumblebee plant. |
