I thought of another heavily pleated red called Red Ruffles. It has intense flavor and produces loads of these.

I don't know anything about the history of Pum Rim, but it is a very unusual tomato. The seed was sent to me by a friend in the city of Luberci (Russia) along with a number of other tomatoes from Russia and Ukraine. I hope to hear from him again soon and I plan to ask.
