Build it and they will come. Nothing more important than planting a seed in the mind of our youth.
There have been several initiatives around here, that I always applaud and support. The high tech maybe more relative to the location. Growing sustainable ag in the desert (or mts) in new mex probably is a daunting proposition. In Arkansas, you have to walk around with a machete attached to your hip 6 months out of the year - prob not so in SW-US. Cooling a gh in the summertime here is not practical or sometimes even possible - just move things outside. I like the wood stove comment, but are there enuff (any) trees in New Mex? Nice job Salsa Charley, a growing opportunity here. |
