Its kinda costly but Ive found no better method of preventing wind and cold damage than using these Wall o Waters. They work very well, not good for a large scheme or farm (costly) but they might solve the problem vs wind/cold surely. They warm the roots and the plant even when temps drop below freezing and wind is nothing to them.
