Too many good entries!

It looks like a Hornworm crawling out of Robin's tomato! I'm sure that's what I would have thought at first glance on the vine! Yikes!

I love to eat fresh, home grown tomatoes but to be honest some of these don't excite my taste buds one bit!

Here is a 'tomato brain', as my son called it. Turks Muts variety that lost its turban, so it kinda makes sense

Not sure if this one qualifies to be called 'ugly' - I think it is very cute

Variety 'Serdtse Dezdemony' (the name means 'Desdemona's Heart')

Nah...

It is just me wandering around every day chanting 'I want some tomatoes... I want some tomatoes... I do not even care how they look...'

Well, with the last one the chant may have been a bit different: 'You should be a heart... you should be a heart... just look at your younger brothers and sisters... they are all heart shaped!...'

Here's a Costoluto Genovese. Ugliness is in the eye of the beholder. Perhaps this one could be viewed as an opening flower bud? I'll refrain from posting some that could be viewed as obscene...

I love this thread! Nature is so creative, one can only marvel at all the little bits and pieces of cell tissue trying to go about their business while their genetic instructions are pulled this way and that by outside influences or a piece of bad code. I cringe when I hear them called ugly! Misshapen - OK - never ugly!

Tania - your Chernyi Krim variety should be in on a pedestal in a Museum of Modern Art.
