Default Fred's Tie Dye, flower power

Very impressed with 1st cluster on Fred's Tie Dye, counted 20 flowers, a section of the cluster is hidden.

Plus it has two other large ones on each stem.

Buzzing and indoor bedtime to help FTD along. I fried a fair amount of flowers at the other garden while evicting the whiteflies, well worth it.

Next dose of poison will go on the citrus trees, which means tomorrow I'm on a ladder picking at least 4 buckets of oranges and lemons.

No safe havens for thrips, tomato bugs, whiteflies, or any of their known associates.

It all looks really great! You've been busy! I just watched Jimi on YouTube-what a talent, what a loss for all of us.

Thanks.

I have a bunch of stuff waiting to be used. Those two mycofusion products, chlorophyll boosters from ecological laboratories, axiom harpin proteins, xtreme gardening mycos, etc. Everytime I visit the hydro-store I ask if there's any freebies and the answer is usually Yes Virginia there is a Santa Claus.

Sometimes all in one bloom products, other times A+B solutions for bloom and/or veg, potting mix samples; it seems everything ganja oriented translates well into the tomato world.

The only one I've bought and use at initial pot up and then monthly after that is Mycogrow, $5.95 goes a long way. Real, discernible, positive effect.

Today I scooped up about 3,000 pounds of that Sugar's Black Magic I sent you, all with a shovel. It made about 50 feet of row of no-till bed across new ground. I feel like I just joined a gym.

After days like that you sit down for dinner and it feels like you actually earned your meal.

(3,000)SBM + H20 + γ = 1,500 Marb + 1,500 Rebelski

I used mycogrow as well. Used the endo/ecto for starting seeds and their standard at transplant. Good stuff.

Default Spring is here

Groundhog almost had it right, far less than 6 wks.

The trees have decided it's SPRING!

Orange tree is full of blooms, obscene level.
If you lean in closer to the screen you may be able to smell the fragrance of Flor de Azahar (one of the many cool vestiges from the Caliphate of Cordoba)
naranjo.jpg
naranjo2.jpg
naranjo3.jpg

kiddie pool with a 45 gallon rootpot chock full of carrots (mokum, tonda di parigi, yellowstone, purples). I drilled holes at the 2.5 inch mark all around, real easy to keep them happy.

The Alliums with purple flowers are in 1 gallon pots and enjoy dipping their toes.

Intruder is our lemon tree, blooms have dropped and it also has an obscene amount of tiny fruit.

carrots.jpg
carrots2.jpg

Shamrock, Pit Viper, Sweet Scarlet, in smaller baskets, hold about 3.5-4 gallons.
dwarf power.jpg

Two Gribovsky. about 3 gallon clay
gribovs.jpg

Mikhalych, 5 gallon converted water container
micalych.jpg

Dora, BHN 871, JD's Special C Tex, Pervaya Lyubov (is the next one, can't be seen), Sakharny Pudovichok, Rebelski,Mano, Bushy Chabarovsky, Tasmanian Chocolate.

I'm gonna transfer the dwarfs (except for tasm choc) into conventional 3.5 gallon nursery pots.

The new tenants on the tube will be Cowlick's B, Sudduth's B, Hoy, Orange Jazz, Crnkovic Yugoslavian, and a lone GGWT I was able to salvage from the brink of death.

And finally, a bday gift for one of my favorite aunts. On the truck ready to be delivered. Mano and Arctic Rose.
