Red fruits on yellow/orange cherry plants

Do yellow/orange cherry varieties like SunSugar F1 or SunGold F1 bear an occasional red fruit?

I haven't seen any on mine. I'm growing Sunsugar F1 this year, have grown it a couple times before, and have grown Sun Gold F1 a couple times. I've also grown Galina's OP, which was the same color as Sunsugar when grown side by side.

(I've seen all three of these spelled many ways; TGS writes them as above.)

The F1 fruits shouldn't, but saved F2 seed of Sungold F1 has done so for many folks. And I'd expect the same for Sunsugar but have no feedback or experience with that variety

If it's just ONE red fruit on the entire plant it could be due to a somatic mutation.

Yes I've grown saved F-2 and F-3 seed from SunSugar and it will give you a lot of red fruited plants. Maybe as much as 40% from the seed I planted. But the whole plant will have red fruit, not red and orange on the same plant.

I have found red fruits on Sungold F1 plants--In the picture there are black cherry and sungold only (supposedly sungold) from six sungold plants from seed purchased from a company (to be nameless, but I called them to let them know) 4 plants produced what I thought were true sungold color, 1 produced red fruits and the last produced dark orange fruits.
