Disappointing Tomato

Ive never had a tomato that after trying the first fruit ive pulled out straight away, which i did this morning,its Roughwood Golden Tiger and what i really didn't like about it was it dry,small and tasteless,also very slow growing.

All and all didnt have a lot going for it,how has this tomato performed for others??

I wasn't thrilled with my RGT either. It's a cute little fuzzy plant, and the small striped tomatoes are pretty, but it did seem like it took a very long time to mature for so short a plant, and the taste was forgettable. I gave it some benefit of doubt, because we had a rainy summer, and few of my tomatoes tasted as good as previous years. I might try it again some day as an ornamental potted plant, or as part of a flower garden, but not as an eating tomato.

I find this odd since it grew so well for me, and I liked the tomatoes.

I agree ddsack they are a cute looking plant and would be attractive in a flower garden setting.
I found also it never grew well from cuttings.

Richard, so sorry it was a disappointment. Thought I was passing on something wonderful! In my garden it was a most attractive plant - foliage and fruit. I agree with Dee, this year at least it took a LOOONG time to ripen, but we had very cold nights all season. The ones that did ripen were tolerable, not the greatest but far from the worst I've ever tried. Will grow again, just for the cute factor.
