Default New compost earth machinestir

I bought one last fall and put nice Hay, old compost, dirt, leaves in it it was almost to the top , It is in 24 snow . I did not stir before the winter, it if now frozen in the bottom. i open the bottom to use at thermometer. What should i do now? I did not stir it .

Put a space heater on it, ...or...
Build a fire under it, ...or...
Bring it into the garage, ...or...
Wait til the spring thaw.
