When I see ducks in my pool, I spray them with a hose turned up full blast. They leave quite a mess if I let them swim around in there. They fly up to the roof and wait until I go inside, then they're back down in the pool again. We do this a couple of times and then they head off to ones of the lakes in our neighborhood.

I used to have a light blue Honda Civic (...dead & gone, now it's a green BMW Convertible), ... I was gardening in front of the house, in the rock garden. I heard the flap of wings, turned around, & saw a Great Blue Heron on the roof of the Civic - I guess he thought it was a pool...
