Default Tomatoes in the rain...

Ok so up until yesterday I had all my tomatoes in a a covered hoop house (for the last month plus). Anyways the property manager started to complain so I decided it was time for them to brave the elements... They are all in pots with the smallest pot being 5 gallon and the largest like 20 gallon.
I live in Ferndale WA which is right by Bellingham and is in zone 7B. I really don't see us getting another frost this year and if we do I could cover them with plastic but my big fear now is all the rain we get on a weekly basis... For the week the temperature is forecasted a low of 43 and a high of like 64ish.
Any thoughts on what I could or should do in regards to maybe covering them with plastic on really rainy days or I've heard milk spray on the leaves? Really any suggestions for keeping my babies healthy and growing strong.
Also I would say that my tomatoes are about a 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 feet tall

If they are in pots with drainage they should be just fine. Covering them only traps moisture which leads to fungus and mold problems.
