Default Frozen maters

So I'm finally to the point where I have to freeze or dry my extra Sungolds. Since I don't have time to dry them today and won't be here all next week, I'm freezing them. But what to do with them later?
Can frozen tomatoes make a good uncooked salsa, or are they really just best used for cooked sauces? Anyone else have any favorite ideas for using frozen tomatoes?

In our home, when winter has set in, many, many fine pots of belly-warming chili beans are made with frozen maters.

Almost makes me wish winter were here.
(I did say almost!)
