Default Persimmon

I hate when this happens. Just picked my first Persimmon(seeds purchased from Swallowtail) The bad thing is its pink! Good thing is it is one of the best tasting maters I have ever eaten. Too bad I don"t what it is!

Just call it Pink Persimmon and re-offer to everybody who will be insterested next year :wink:
