Google "early blight in tomatoes" and look at the images. Brown spots with yellow halos are as symptom.
Look for sunken cankers on the stem. Has the fruit been affected? |

nothing on the fruits but its showing on a couple of plants only on the foliage. i guess skipping my exel and actinovate for 1 week was enough. what a bummer. i sprayed this morning but did not remove foliage yet due to the wet conditions

I was thinking early blight too and I have it on a few plants. Some varieties seem more susceptible to it than others. At least it is a slow moving condition and you should be able to get all of your fruits without too much difficulty before frost in this area.
