Default Ambrosia Bronze/Blue Ambrosia

Is anyone else growing Ambrosia Bronze? I was sent them as a free packet with my order (thank you ) but I can't find them listed at J&L's site/ http://jandlgardens.com/catalog/
Although it looks like they might have been listed as Blue Ambrosia http://www.tomatoville.com/showpost....6&postcount=27

They are a cross of Bosque Blue x Ambrosia Gold and I'm delighted to be growing them as Ambrosia Gold was one of my overall favourites of last year.
I've only started a couple plants and they do look a little different from one another.

When I work out how to post pictures again, I add one!

I think they are experimental ones that Lee is not quite ready to list in his on-line catalog...I also received a free pack of a tomato not listed on his site.

My two little Ambrosia Bronze seedlings. I'm wishing I'd sown more now!

Thanks tnpeppers, I think you are right about the experimental, I just wonder if they might have been listed as Blue Ambosia.

Color does look a little different from one to the other...I am growing Blue Ambrosia, and my seedling looks like the one on the right.

Interesting and good to know, I'm wondering whether to try a few more seeds, but growing space is looking to be very tight this year?
