Default Drying (Old School)

I am just putting my chilies out to dry in the greenhouse. Anyone use this method? I do not have a dehydrator.

Do you know what the humidity is in the green house?
I looked on line and your humidity is well below 50% all week.
I would also suggest you cut the peppers in half to do this you will have a much less failure rate.
You will also need a fan to blow over the top of them every now and then.

I dont have a greenhouse but I know how to dry peppers.
