Default iPhone and posting multiple images

Curious if any of you iPhone users that post pictures here using your phone have figured out a way to post more than 1 image per reply? When I try to upload multiple images it uploads them all to image.jpeg so only 1 would get posted. It doesn't seem like there is a way to edit the upload name prior to uploading.

Not sure.

Also notice that I can not see photos I have uploaded from my PC when I am viewing TV from my iphone. Just shows a single line of the name of the image and the number of views and the size of the file. Line is not clickable or active.

The photos were taken on my phone, but I download to my PC and edit them and resize, then upload to TV. Still the problem above.

I was complaining about uploading photos from an I Phone, someone suggested I download the app Tapatalk... I have used it, but haven't tried multiple photos yet.

I haven't, but see the byline frequently in posts. Interested, too, to hear what users think of it.

After the initial post, have you tried to immediately add more pics with successive edits? One per edit? Extra work, but it would get a few more pics in a post. I don't use Tapatalk, but if the message can be edited, don't know why it wouldn't work.

For some who may not have noticed it, there is an edit button on the lower right corner of your posted entry. It's only around for the first few days of a post.

If you edit it, it still uploads the new image to the same "image.jpeg" name and will overwrite your previous image.

Oh, ok. Sounds like they did it to prevent people from flooding a site with too many pictures.

So what happens when you have blocks of text in between each photo? Does it only show the first one? Or can you only use an attach at the end?

The problem is in the upload. You go to Manage Attachments-->Upload and then select a pictures it uploads it to the name "image.jpeg" (cannot edit the name). If you click another upload button that image gets uploaded to "image.jpeg" overwriting the previous upload and so on. Ideally the second image would upload to "image1.jpeg", third to "image2.jpeg" and so on. On my computer (Mac or PC) everything is fine, it uses the filename from the computer.

Who is they, certainly not this sight.
With the android operating system I have no problem loading multiple images.

I can also put what I want in between the photos but I chose not to and if wanted do it on the computer.

Your problems are an I Phone thing.

Worth, when you upload multiple images to a post on your phone with Android, what are the upload names? Something from your phone or something like image.jpeg, etc.?

"They" being the Tapatalk designers? I chose not to use Tapatalk on my Android tablet, but am curious as to how it works.

It is a file number from a folder that contains resized images from my phone.
Sometimes I have to dump the folder because it gets too full and I cant make heads or tails of the pictures.

I dont have nor will I use tap talk.
All of this comes directly from my phone.

I take pictures and then use a photo resizer to make them smaller.
I go to the little upload pictuer thing and then go to the photo resizer file and pick photos.
Once I have them picked out I upload them.
Then in the upper right hand corner it says to close window so I do.
I then click on the pictuer thing again and the drop down shows the pictures I uploaded and I chose all of them and there they are.
I didn't learn this from anyone I just fiddled around like I always do to get things working.
