spot and speck diseases

After about ten days of rain every day I went out and checked my plants closely this morning and found speck or spot diseases on many of them going half way up the plants. I know they are hard to stop from past experience and was unable to keep any fungicide on them due to the hard showers which I hope are over but I have my doubts.
since chances are forecast to be high for thunderstorms for the next ten days. What I would like to know is if anyone has determined whether copper or Daconil is better for holding them off? I can use the bleach spray first but then I will need a preventive spray and am not sure if either is much better than the other. It seems with the chances of rain I might be better off with the copper and I vaguely remember it working fairly good on a similar disease many years ago but if Daconil is better I have it ready to go.

This mess is my own fault because I knew I should have been spraying with the diluted bleach spray between rains every day or so but I had just had some minor surgery that prevented me taking care of this chore and now I'm stuck with a lot of speck and spot problems for the first time in years. I know if I leave them unchecked in this humid wet weather I will soon have a total disaster on my hands and no fall tomatoes.

Bill, I suspect you probably have way more experience using all of these options than most of the members here! Other than some of the Florida growers, you seem to grow in way tougher conditions that most of us, so we look to YOU for advice!

My understanding is copper works best for bacterial issues and Daconil for fungal issues. If you do have bacterial spot or speck, you chose well. If it's Septoria, I would try Daconil next. With all the rain we are having, it's hard to keep up either way!

I used the diluted bleach spray and then the next day used copper. It seems to have done a fine job of getting rid of most of the problem and I used the copper again yesterday to hopefully finish it off. I rarely have these kind of speck or spot problems except when we get too much rain or damp weather but the past two weeks we got just that followed by very hot weather in the mid to upper 90s and extremely high humidity.
