Default Leaf Spot Question

I noticed these yellow spots on one young Big Beef plant. Not sure if it's anything to be concerned with, but thought I'd ask the experts. None of the other plants around it are showing anything like this. Any ideas if it is something I should be concerned about?

I think some kind of nutrition deficiency.
Purple color is maybe an indication of COOL/COLD temperatures so the plant is not able to uptake certain nutrients. JMO

Thanks! It has gotten a little cold overnight in the basement where they are. I'll give this guy a shot of MG to see if I can get him happy again.
