I thought they look like GWRs (right now). I have to say I don't really think they'll be pink, but they could still be red. Looking online though, it seems it should be a 'black' tomato?

I've handled a few packs of seeds, but didn't get around to trialing it. I've seen pics of Rosedale looking like a pink (with maybe faint darkness at the shoulders). And, I've seen pics of what looks like a black tomato. The pinkish one is likely the true variety.

It's quite possible. Not that many gwrs with a pink blush. Cherokee lime also does it but the skin is not as yellow.

It may be a segregant of Rosedale. There was a smaller seg recently named rosebud by Terry of secret seed cartel ( tomatoaddict here).
If you contact Bill Jeffers directly as the breeder he would be the best person to ask if he has seen other gwr segregants from Rosedale

I'm debating internally if its more likely to be a segregant or simply mislabel [or even perhaps a stray seed].

Did you only have one rosedale plant? If it's a stray seed [or even a segregant], there should be variation between multiple plants.

If it is a mislabel, the obvious first question would be - Where did you get the seeds?

Go back to the original post then.

According to the google spreadsheet, these are some of the following GWRs in the offer: Cherokee Lime, Absinthe, Aunt Ruby's German Green, Malahitovaya Shkatulka, Chile Verde, Green Doctor's, Cherokee Green, Green Giant, Green Gage, Green Zebra.

That's hard to say without having a reference color guide next to the item when photographed. The lighting could make something seem light or darker than it really is, especially when we are only talking about a few hues of difference.
