Default Okra; is it supposed to have clear gel on the bottom of leaves?

I am growing clemson spineless for the 4th year in a row and have had some bug problems on my other plants and have been checking the underside of the leaves on everything in my garden and the Okra has these tiny little clear gel like balls on them everywhere. Is it supposed to be there. I have never looked at the bottom of the leaves before. I know okra is real slimy so it makes sense that the leaves may secrete some slime too....
