Default Garden Club taste test

We had our annual BBQ yesterday. 18 members attended.
I was lucky enough to have ripe tomatoes from all the varieties that I grew this year.

The winners were:
#1 Mortgage Lifter Red
#2 Box Car Willie
The losers were:
#1 Anna Russian
#2 Omar's Lebanese

Middle of the road:
Cherokee Purple
Matina
Red Brandywine

Cherries were split 50/50 but liked by all:
Sungold
Sweet 100's

Thanks for the this Posting. I've often thought about planting the Mortgage Lifter and Box Car Willie. Will do so next year. Glad you had luck with your Tomato's but then it was probably more work and attention than luck.
