What's in your fridge
Normally we cook everything at home and go to cafes or restaurants only to celebrate holidays...
Green tomatoes are from Green Giant and golden-yellow ones are from Zolotaya Rybka (Gold Fish).

Other tomatoes usually are used for canning or stored at the balcony or freazed or just laying everywhere at plates...

I see a lot of empty space in there where you could still put lots more tomatoes. You'll have to grow more next year so you can fill 'er up!

Worth, I pretend you can see a big bottle oo Baltika 3 beer on the left side of the picture Yes, Barbi, it is on the door It is one of the local favorites with classic Soviet beer flavor...
Don't be confused with the amount of tomatoes there in my fridge, because we usually pick them enough for 2-3 days of eating anf them more and more but not too much at the same time, 'cause even we divide the harvest between 3 families of me and our parents (mine and my wife's) there is always too much to pick at the same time in August-September

Love your pic Andrey... would you take one of your fridge or its contents, say, every two months. Then we could see how the seasons and menu change...

It looks like Andrey has opened a whole new world of threads and pictures.
I mean I can just see lots of folks opening their fridge doors and taking a picture and then we all get to guess what's in this or that container, ID the fresh fruits and veggies, see what folks drink, or don't, ah, quite limitless. Luckily for me I have no camera.

I have two full sized refrigerators and one large chest type freezer. I can tell you all that if you looked in mine you would see this. One is full of high brow beer, potatoes and onions. The other is full of all of the food that I cooked while I was at home and my wife SAID she would throw out and didn’t. It now has whiskers and some alien life form is now residing in it. I’ll have to chase them off when I get home. His and her refrigerators are about what it boils down to. In defense of my wife she is on some powerful meds for her cancer and is pretty sore all of the time. Its hard for her to lift heavy items over 200 pounds. We do get by pretty well with me gone all of the time. Worth |

Andrey, now that's a great looking fridge!
My wife won't let me put maters in the fridge because she says the cold destroys the flavor. I tell her, yes, I know, but when in the fridge they don't draw wine flies. :-) and they last longer too.

It was butchering day at the Sherry_AK house ... so my fridge contains dead chickens. (Of course, we never keep live chickens in the fridge.) No pictures available, for which you should be grateful.
We also have 2 full-sized refrigerators, and as of recently two chest freezers. This year's harvest of berries and fish required the addition of the second small freezer. How can 2 people need so much space? |

I'm afraid to click that link.
Sherry (hoping it's not live chickens in a refrigerator) |
