Default Basque Frying peppers

I've decided this year to grow mostly Basque Frying peppers or good French peppers. I have the Piment d'Espelette, and Doux des Landes, I am looking for:

Piment dÁnglet
Gernika pepprs
AMPUIS
Willing to do trades for the above mentioned

I'm a novice at growing peppers, but grew up knowing of frying peppers. Are the peppers you listed similar to Pimiento De Padron? Thank you.

Most of the frying peppers I have ever grown have been Italian. I know the Padron pepper is a Basque variety from the Spanish region. Haven't ever grown it but should add it to my list. I don't know, I just got the idea to grow something more elusive this year with the peppers.

The Basque Region indeed has an exquisite array of culinary treats. This fried peppers talk is making me hungry for food and travel.

I'm growing Pimiento De Padron and most excited about it!
