That's looks gorgeous...and delicious ...and now I'm hungry....sighhhhh...what can I say? 2 of my most favourite things - Tomatoes and Shrimp!...and looks like Nori and Scallions...is that Hoisin Sauce?

Thanks.
No. The sauce was made from the rest of the tomatoes, red wine, hickory BBQ sauce, and three table spoons of "Shake & Bake"

WOW! LOVE your version of East meets West, especially the Shake 'n Bake. I had 2nd cousins who just exactly like the Shkae'n Bake twins! We'd yell for Mom to "come see Lynn & Laura quick!" every time the commercial ran. Thanks for the food porn & the chuckle!
