Wait till it grow 2 leaves before you transplant them as they are so tiny and easily get damaged.

The other easier way is to sow them in an individual cell/modul, 3 seeds/cell and transplant them when they got 2 to 3 pairs of true leaves.

I did mine when they were that small and were ok,i think what Paul has them growing in should allow him to lift them without damage.
I like to transplant all my seedlings really young,i think take better.

I'm in a inland valley close to sea level so summers here are generally low humidity and temperatures up to about 40 c (100 F)

Your seedlings medium look a like perlite mix, if so you can transplant them very easily!
Either way you choose, just handle them very gently as they are so tiny, good luck and keep us updated with their growth .

Perlite mix is an excellent medium for these mini, when you transplant them, the root will usually come out clean (not entangled with any dirt) which will make transplanting easier and less transplanting-shock for them.
