My passion is heirloom tomatoes and finding ways to use them. I found this interesting recipe and knew right away I would have to try this Spicy Tomato Jam this season. Enjoy!

Tomato jam is my favorite condiment and while there are many recipes for it, most are for large batches to be canned.

Definitely going to try this one!
