Default Favorite Flint Corn Varieties

I have recently become interested in Flint Corn, after being introduced to it by the folks here:

In looking around for seed sources for other flint corn, I have been surprised that there don't seem to be many flint corn varieties available.

Does anyone have a favorite type of flint corn that they grow?

Fred,

If you ever try hand grinding flint, you will no longer be suprised.

Sand Hill Preservation has several varieties.

My favorite variety is...

I'll look through my collection to see what I have, though I know it's mostly sweet, pop, and a bit of dent and flour.

Thanks Tormato,

I have never seen so many flint corn varieties!

I won't be attempting to hand grind the corn!
