Crandrew's Beach Garden
**UPDATED PICS ON POST # 26,#37,#60, #74, #77 and #81
Here they were at May 1st mark. Below are the ones from June 16th. Toms: Bloody Butcher growing very aggressively. Big Rainbow Golden Jubilee Cherokee Purple Black Krim Pineapple Green Zebra Now lets take a look at June 16 update Oh and PS i added 3 more varieties, yanked one green zebra and added 3 varieties of peppers. So yeah I went a little crazy for year 2...but I feel like I'm in good company. Bloody Butcher Bloody Butcher Fruit Pineapple Big Rainbow (crazy vine growth) Big Rainbow fruit Golden Jubilee Golden Jubilee Fruit Black Krim Black Krim Fruit Cherokee Purple (small ) Gold Rush Currant (replaced the green zebra I pulled) And the items I planted in June because I was bored Thai Red Hot Peppers Aji Cristal Peppers A shot of my june plantings ( Thai red Hots, Jimmy Nardenos, Aji Cristal, Jalapeno, Gold Rush Currant, Black from Tula, Green Grape) This should get interesting in about a month Thanks for looking. **UPDATED PICS ON POST # 26,#37,#60, #74, #77 and #81 Last edited by Crandrew; July 18, 2012 at 11:43 AM. |

Yeah partially thanks to you and your help (others as well). So far I pulled the Zebra as a precaution cause it had something going on with it but im keeping to my regimen and it seems to be paying off. Cant wait for my first ripe Mator. Im thinking the butcher will be ready first followed by the Black Krim or big Rainbow. |

Hey, if you're coming to NY, the foothills of New Jersey are just beautiful this time of year and I can use some tomato zen too!!! James will just have to share, it's only about a 90 minute drive....

I really do need to plan a trip out there!!! Thanks for the kind comments, now i just need some ripe tomatoes.
I made some bruschetta last night, with store bought tomatoes, and while it was still good it was not as GREAT as with some home grown mators....NEED TOMATOES!!!! |
