How Long Will the Bud be Viable Once Cone is Removed
How long could one continue to attempt pollination once a bud is emasculated? Also, if a bud is emasculated prematurely, will the bud continue to mature to the point where it will eventually be ready for pollination?

I have waited several days and still had pollination success.
Yes, the pistil will continue to mature. To avoid self pollination it is best to emasculate before it is receptive and allow it to continue to mature. See recent thread by Bower. |

Thanks very much. That is exactly what I hoped to do. |
