I didn't have time to re-org my website yet, but I have a bunch of pictures available from 2006 season - you can find them at

The pictures are arranged by variety name and then by date withing each folder.

wow. awesome site with the pics and dates and such...it is nice to click on the many varities that I am also growing and see they look identical to yours...

I did not read reall closely but are all of your plants in greenhouses? or was that just for early season?

I have tomatoes growing in plastic GHs and open ground, the GHs are for getting them out earlier in spring and also keeping the plants longer into October.

In the open ground the tomato season usually goes from end of May to mid-late Sept, but in the unheated GHs it is mid-April to mid-October, and GH helps to protect the plants from late blight (keeps the foliage dry)

Very nice site, Tania! It was fun to browse around and well done for reference work to the many varieties. Some of the individual links did not work for me (the Hearts, for example) but I assume you are still tweaking it.

Any chance you can post some general pictures of your greenhouses and gardens? I would love to see how you are set up for starting and growing out of the season extensions.

Yes, the website is still under construction - hopefully I fix and enhance it over the winter (I am moving it to a larger webspace). Right now I spend too much time in the garden, picking tons of tomatoes and wondering what to do with them Then seeds fermenting, saving, etc. On top of my full time job that unfortunately has nothing to do with growing tomatoes, but it supports my hobby. :wink:

Yes, I'll post some pictures of my GH setup - I keep the cold frames and GHs in the garden all winter, to grow lettuce and other greens, or just cover crops :-)
