Zana gets a thread thanking her. Well its the truth Zana does out do herself with these recipes and deserves a thread thanking her. I have a feeling If we lived closer to each other we would eat ourselves to the grave. A very talented woman. Worth |

Awwwwwwwwwwww shucks......thanks very much Jeff, Worth and Tracy.
What can I say? I love to cook. I've only been taking recipes from my files on my computer lately, since about 2/3's of my 600+ cookbooks are already packed in boxes ready for when I move. Hoping to get the rest of them done soon....but will probably have to be the latter part of this week or into next week. Eggplant and pepper recipes? What kind of recipes are you looking for? Entrees or side dishes? Appetisers? Ethnic stuff? BTW Jeff, I have a few pro chef friends that used to come and use my Mother's or my cookbook libraries for research or as a lending library. LOL I inherited most of Mom's cookbooks (I admit to cherry picking through them....but we did have duplicates between us, so those mostly went to the sibs.) I collect them as I travel, even if they're in other languages that I can read. Think I've got French, Spanish, German, Italian, Greek, Armenian, Dutch language cookbooks as well as English....plus some others in ones I need to get around to having translated - in Arabic, Farsi, Turkish, Hindi and Japanese. And yeah, Worth, I think we'd be in serious trouble because we both love to cook...and to eat what we cook. Perhaps we should open a restaurant? LOL Crazier things have happened. |

Yes, thank you Zana! I haven't made anything from the forum recipe archives yet, but I will!
