I have never been on the Photo Gallery that I know of. Linked to this thread from another.

Shadow Boxing is a very large group of segregating sub clones. I knew it would be a winner but wanted folks to try them out and maybe share good example back with me so that I could grow them out again and maybe even list them.

I did not know the moniker Wavy Blues was attached to the varietals.

Thanks for posting. I have lots of the sub clones in the Washington/Oregon corridor and will be picking them as the season progresses. I won't know my summaries of the Shadow Boxing clones until October.

Well I like my Shadow boxing. If you like it, I'll be happy to send some back.

Tom,

Just won 1st place in our local tomato festival with "Shadow Boxing" during one of the most difficult growing seasons I can remember.

Thanks, bud.

Where did the "Wavy" come from? I have just known it as Shadow Boxing.

Was 1st place due to appearance or taste or both? Hope I got some credit for it.

Some fruits can have a strong to light blue cast and if the stripes are there...the combination of stripes and blue can have a shadowing or waving image. If the stripes take on a zig zag look...all the more.

Yesterday I crossed pollen of a Dwarf Shadow Boxing with many odd tomatoes I have in my potted up area. The crosses were made to:
Bawole Serce (Buffalo Heart)
Wessel's Purple Pride
Strawberry Tiger
Yukon Quest
Woolly Blue Jay
Ambrosia Red
Little Raspberry
etc.
