Hi again Mark.

I never tried Improved Gurney Girl II even though it's been around more than five years. It has nice disease resistance! I'm putting it on the to try list. Thanks!

Hi RJ.

Even though it goes back further than five years, I never tried Celebrity. I need to research it. Thanks for your suggestion!

The Juliet tasted great and will cover you up for a long period of time. The 444 grows a huge tomato that has the looks customers want and still has good taste. It also does well for the hot and humid and diseases down here.

Juliet came out about the time we first started hearing about "grape" tomatoes> But for people wanting a typical small "Grape", Juliet is too large. It usually tends to be about 1/2 way between a normal grape and a regular commercial sized roma.

My DH really likes Juliet as it is productive and can be picked by the handfuls as many ripen all at about the same time in a cluster.

Taste is very subjective as some people really love Juliet and others think it has an odd taste.

Juliet is also a "hybrid" that is easily stabilized and I currently have F4 or greater seed. What I'm growing this year tho looks a bit odd for Juliet but I'm racking it up to the weather as the fruit shape has changed with the weather. It's planted on very sandy soil and with the up and down rain we've had some fruit were quite "necky" rather than the nice grape/plum shape they should be.
