I suspect that the nitrates added to many wines play a role in giving people heartburn. We do not buy wine with added nitrates any more.

I think you may have Mormons in the area. Try to find out where they get their grains from. I was going to a Mormon store here until my chicken feed group was able to get human quality organic grains at a reduced price.

I love homade pasta. I've never seen a machine like that. I have the kitchen aid attachments.
I just gave away all my chickens because of our upcoming move. Really missing having excess eggs to make pasta right now!

That is on my list for after we move! The only thing I don't like about making pasta is the time involved. Very cool machine!

My pasta roller I have I paid something like $29 for it is now much more expensive.
The Play dough machine in the picture I bought maybe 3 or for years ago.

The only thing holding me back on buying that is my move and the fact that I already have a pasta roller. I just like the automaticity of that one.
