In my opinion, CP edged out BFT... Not by a landslide, but CP was really good ~

Gawd, those are some nice looking 'maters! I can't wait for spring and start some heirloom tomatoes. Never tasted one.
Feldon, have you turned that pool into a greenhouse yet?

My significant other has told me if I want to dig up the whole yard and just plant garden all the way across, I'm welcome to. At this point, it's strictly the cost of lumber, amendments, tomato cages, etc. It's expensive to grow tomatoes! At least in the first year (and the second year if you bought the wrong stuff the first year!). Maybe I should buy that "In Search of the $64 tomato" book. It's starting to sound like what I'm going to end up with. I am hoping for 50 fruits per plant, with 25 varieties, or about 500 pounds of fruit that I can share with friends, family, neighbors, and even can. But I think it is an unrealistic expectation based on my luck so far.

You will probably have so many maters that you will have to chase people down to give them away. It happened to me last year. It got to the point where I couldn't give them away.
