I think Provider is an excellent choice, although I would probably do pole beans if container growing.
I use long beans in the heat of summer. They are excellent and very heat tolerant. |

I grew pole beans for the first time this year. I grew three types, all are decent but for sheer volume Fortex was unreal. Here is a two day harvest of all three I grew.
For a couple weeks they were so many I gave gallons away. I pickled some too! Excellent! I used this recipe http://www.yumsugar.com/Spicy-Pickle...Beans-26204484 |

Thanks for the recipe, I'm going to try it soon. Have lots of Fortex and hot peppers to use up.
