Has anyone every canned baked tomatoes? They have such a great flavor I'm wondering how they'd turn out canned. Thinking about it, I don't see any reason not to.

Earl, post this on the Harvest forum, I'd be curious about that too. How do you bake your tomatoes?

Earl, you just gave me an idea...I wonder if you could grill tomatoes until they were smoky and charred...and then can them? Fire roasted tomatoes...mmmm....YUM!

(you could smoke them along with that pork we're always hearing about!)
