Default condensation on container

I have pepper plants in soil blocks on a seed mat and concerned about all the condensation on the plastic wrap, cover. I am opening the top daily but there is still lots of condensation/water....will they mold/rot? The tomatoes that I planted, not on a seed mat, have very little, if any, condensation.

as soon as the plants are up, the cover should be off and the plants in/under bright light
