Aside from the superhots, I like Thai peppers. There are several varieties, but in general they are hot but not too hot, great flavor, productive, and easy to dry.

So far I've germinated...

Thai Hot
Aji Amarillo
Tabasco
Datil

I also overwintered a Trinidad Scorpion, and it's doing nicely.

Looking at various sources; our last frost is somewhere between April 11th & the 20th. I'm hoping for am early plantout soon.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions, and to Salt for some seed!

Thai Chili
Aji Amarillo
Tabasco
Datil

Just add: Puya, Big Jim Lumbre, and Cseresznye
