Default Jacobsons golden red bud

A primitive round, red skinned, gold fleshed tuber, with good texture and taste.

JACOBSON’S GOLDEN REDBUD was named for the noted Seattle tree expert and author...Arthur Lee. Jacobson. And I agree it has a great taste. I have got to get enough TPS of it out next year. If you look at the picture...the light yellow/green foliage is an indicator that it has near yellow/orange flesh.

I think it is a THUMB WINGER cross, but I'd better look it up.

I have seen Wingnut's pictures of the Jacobson's Golden Redbud tuber but never the flesh color. Does anyone happen to have a picture of what the flesh looks like?

Tom Wagner has said it is gold. I could not find any pictures of the flesh either in Tom Wagner's ★★★★★★★★★ forum or the Kenosha Potato Project on Facebook.
