Default very small mature plant

Hi all,
I have a plant producing lots of 1/2 inch tomatos. it has potato leafs, is 20 inches tall, is very sturdy, and grew from the root ball of a gurneys bell pepper i ordered which subsequently died.
any ideas for me to research are very welcome as i never grow small tomatos and have no idea whats growing
one tomato is yellow. there are 43 of them.

Hi there - this post is probably best to post elsewhere - I will move it so that it gets more views and opinions.
