With Habanero, Golden Cayenne, Manzano and Lemon Drop I like to use Pineapple , to maintain that nice orange color. Or just use Orange bell pepper instead of fruit.
All those chili peppers are medium hot about 25k to 200k on Scoville Heat Index.

Tomatoes or any veggies are perfect for low carb.

However you can really screw up your metabolize with that diet.

Slow carb is much better. No one explains it better than Tim Ferris
